Privacy

We collect only what we need to sell you a licence, check it and send the alerts you ask for. We do not sell or share your details, and this site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. We count how many visits and checkout clicks come from each link we post (for example a link on X), without storing anything about you.

When you subscribe

Checkout, payments and your account are handled by Whop, under Whop's privacy policy. We can see your name, email address and membership in Whop so we can support you. We never see your full card details.

When the strategy checks your licence

The strategy sends our licence server your licence key, the product and version, and a code made from your computer's NinjaTrader machine ID (a one-way hash, not the ID itself). The server asks Whop whether your membership is active, and remembers which computer the licence is on so it runs on one computer at a time.

When phone alerts are on

Every 5 minutes the strategy checks in with your phone alert topic, whether it is running, its current position (for example "long 3 MNQ") and its last broker connection status. We keep only the latest check-in, so we can alert you if it stops. It never sends your account number, balance or trade history. Leave the Phone alert topic empty and the strategy stops checking in and we delete the record.

Alerts are delivered by ntfy.sh, a free notification service. Anyone who knows your topic name can read its messages, so pick one that is hard to guess.

Where it is kept

This site and the licence server run on Cloudflare, which stores the records above. Whop and Cloudflare may process data outside Australia, including in the United States.

Email support@bigmoneybob.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
